An original is a unique, one-of-a-kind painting hand-painted, drawn by the artist. A reproduction or fine art print is custom-made from a professional, high-quality photograph to your size and finishing specifications using archival inks and quality finishing materials. It is printed on high quality paper or canvas.

I can post my pictures to you after payment in advance. When mailing, I take the greatest care so that the artwork reaches you intact and in its original quality. The work of art will be securely packed and of course I will also take out insurance on it.
During the delivery of the work of art, you can receive continuous information based on the package tracking function from the supplier’s website, thereby informing you of the exact date of receipt of the product.

When purchasing original works of art, the purchase price includes shipping and insurance.
When purchasing prints, the purchase does not include the shipping cost, I can give you exact information about this when negotiating the order, once I know the destination and the offer of the shipping company.

Before the works of art are mailed, a Sale and Purchase Agreement is created as part of the order, on the basis of which the purchase price must be paid in advance.

Original work: The work purchased on the Internet can be returned, with the exception of photography, if the customer notifies the gallery within 3 days of arrival at the client’s shipping address. The work must be packaged, secured and returned to the gallery. The shipping and insurance costs of the return are borne by the customer. Returned works of art must arrive in the same condition as when sent. The client is responsible for return shipping costs and a 6% restocking feeAfter checking the return and integrity, the purchase price will be refunded within 30 days.
Purchase of prints: As all prints are made to order individually, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.

While our gallery does not provide any additional framing services for pieces that are unframed.

There are subtle variations between monitors, screen resolution, brightness and lighting which can affect the appearance of the artwork. While we pay careful attention to accurately represent color you may see a slight difference from screen to print.
